Vigilance over conduct at every step

You should always examine your conduct critically. Even when a thorn pricks you at the very moment you should search and find out why it pricked. What wrong have you done and where did you out step the path of right. You should scold your mind continuously and correct your conduct. Thus you should scrutinise your behavior at every step.
